KKDC has an established ESG management system by obtaining and operating ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification which includes product quality, environment and health & safety. In 2022 certification was renewed through Gcerti Co., Ltd management system certification body, valid until 2025. KKDC commissioned an independent ESG diagnostic evaluation by Korea Credit Bureau (KCB) in 2023.
As a result of this comprehensive independent assessment we received an overall grade 2, demonstrating excellent sustainability management performance based on environmental, social and governance factors. The three core elements for achieving a company’s sustainability management activities are environmental management, social responsibility and sound and transparent governance - At KKDC these are managed to a high level indicating excellent non-financial risk management capabilities from a mid-to-long-term perspective.
