New website features
Friday July 21, 2023 Coinciding with the launch of our new LED strips across the range and several new products, the KKDC website has been updated with some new features and improvements to the user experience to make product specification easier. See visual gallery to the right and updates listed below:
1. HOME PAGE
'Promotional' Menu
Promotional merchandise now more clearly segregated from light fixtures for easier browsing.
Video Library Access
Access links to Vimeo & Youtube video libraries more clearly visualise from home page.
2. PRODUCT PAGES
Selection Menu
Upgraded to include on/off photography thumbnails and additional quick reference data applied.
Product Data
LED selection image applied.
LED quick reference data and icons applied.
Project access link to product specific projects.
LED strip image & profile sections extrapolated into single view.
Feature icons 'cuttable' and '10 day leadtime' more prominent.
Images applied to cover/lens options data tables.
3. PROJECT PAGES
Project Products
Products used in project are more prominent with links to product page.
Scrolling through project gallery now quicker with forward and back buttons applied.
4. DOWNLOADS PAGE
Catalogue Archives
To avoid confusion with old data, old catalogues and brochures are only accessible via dropdown archive menu.
Only the latest/current catalogue downloads are visible.
5. CONTACTS PAGE
Sales Offices
Sales distributors and KKDC branches are now laid out in list form in addition to map, for easier searching of contacts.
KKDC branches now have roll-over 'tool-tip' to give additional information about the branch (ie: Sales territory coverage).
